Week 1

I arrived at 7:30 am after few minutes one of the HR employees asked me some questions, then I met my supervisor and she explains to me about types of work they do, after that she discussed with me about action plan for a week.

 Dubai land has 8 departments, I am in Human Resources department this department has three sections which they are policies and systems section, employee relations section and talent development section .I worked in policies and systems section, my task for this week is updating Employees information data base for all departments and it includes of employee full name, section, department and job title. Also, I did organization chart for some departments. In addition my supervisor treats me like a normal employee and my colleagues are helpful.
